Our care charges are always clear and transparent, and agreed with the client in advance. You will never have to worry about hidden charges.

Our calls start from 30 minutes, but can be longer; we also offer sleep/live in services. Our service is flexible and can be adjusted to meet any changes in your needs. Our rates vary depending on whether it is a weekday or weekend, but you will be advised of all this so there are no surprises. Our rates also depend on the challenging or complexity of the case.

If you are classed as Private or Self-Funding, after making your enquiry your needs will be assessed and clear payment structure will be agreed based on the level of support which you require. For those funded by the Local Authority the process requires a financial assessment to be completed to determine the level of financial support you require. Social care funding is means tested, so you may have to completely fund or make a contribution to the cost of your care. A needs assessment is also conducted to ascertain how much care you require. You can find out more about funding for social care by contacting your Local Authority. We also take Direct Payments.

The NHS provides funding for those wishing to remain at home through the Continuing Healthcare process. Your healthcare needs are assessed by a multi-disciplinary team to determine whether your needs are classed as Primary Care needs, needs arising from disability, accident or illness that can’t be met by existing services alone. We would then work in conjunction with NHS professionals to develop a care package to provide the necessary support. This would be fully funded by the NHS.

Please call the Registered Manager who will go through the costs with you.
